1. Shipping Eligibility & Coverage

We offer global shipping to all countries and regions worldwide, with partnerships with trusted UK-based logistics providers (including Royal Mail, DPD and Hermes) to ensure reliable delivery both domestically and internationally. Whether you are located in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia or any other part of the world, we strive to deliver your order with care and efficiency.

2. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping Offer

To provide the best value for our customers, we have set competitive delivery fees that are kept as low as possible, with a free shipping benefit for qualifying orders:

  • UK Domestic Shipping: For orders with a total value of £40 or more, delivery is FREE. For orders with a total value below £40, a flat delivery fee of £1.99 applies – one of the most competitive rates in the UK online retail market.
  • European Shipping: For orders with a total value of £40 or more, delivery is FREE. For orders with a total value below £40, a flat delivery fee of £2.99 applies, ensuring affordable access to our women’s casual wear across Europe.
  • Rest of the World Shipping: For orders with a total value of £40 or more, delivery is FREE. For orders with a total value below £40, a flat delivery fee of £3.99 applies. We work with trusted international logistics partners to offer cost-effective shipping, with options for tracked and untracked delivery depending on your preference.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your order total (excluding any applicable taxes and discounts) and will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden fees will be added to your order after checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK Domestic: 3-6 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class) or 3-5 working days (optional tracked service for an additional £0.99).
  • Europe: 5-8 working days for standard delivery; tracked delivery is available for an additional £2.99, with delivery within 5-7 working days.
  • Rest of the World: 8-13 working days for standard delivery; tracked delivery is available for an additional £3.99, with delivery within 3-7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in your country/region.

Please allow additional time for delivery during peak shopping periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistics disruptions.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery online. For untracked orders, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with an estimated delivery window.

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders (outside the UK and EU), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country/region’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total or delivery fee. Please note that the UK has recently the “de minimis” exemption for low-value imports, meaning all international orders may be subject to customs duties and VAT, depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.

6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate the status of your delivery with our logistics partners and provide you with an update promptly. For tracked orders, if the tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date.

In the event that your order is lost in transit (confirmed by our logistics partner), we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement order free of charge, at your discretion. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect delivery addresses or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

7. Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering, including any apartment numbers, postcodes (UK) or zip codes (international). We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately – we will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
